Engineers Week Banquet RSVP Form

The 2012 Engineers Week Banquet will be held Thursday, February 23, 2012. Click here for the printable version of the Engineers Week Banquet Brochure which includes the RSVP Form. In addition, attendees of the banquet program, "Advances in Prosthetics," will be eligible for one PDH.

The cost for the Engineers Week Banquet is $30.00 (Students $15.00). Completed RSVP forms and payment should be sent by February 10, 2012 to:
